How to book

You can find full details on the official sale page here.

Book by 20th September 2017

You can book well into the New Year with certain destinations bookable, at sale prices, up until July 2018.

In terms of any restrictions applicable on these sale fares, I recommend visiting this link. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the ‘Terms and conditions’ tab. This is worth doing as there are a number of ‘advance purchase’ requirements to be aware of. These vary across the different destinations.

Verdict

At Tricks of the Trade, we do tend to focus predominantly on finding bargains in first/business class and to a lesser extent, premium economy – whatever that might entail. However, if you prefer no-nonsense direct flights, without stopping at a European airport along the way to slash the prices, this is the sort of sale that you should be paying closer attention to.

There may also be some good prices to be found to US destinations over Christmas in Upper Class. Unlike Economy and Premium Economy, it seems sale pricing has NOT been blacked out for travel over the Christmas and New Year period. If you haven’t finalised your winter plans just yet, it is worth a look to see what you can put together.
