Opodo has today launched their ‘Summer Mega Sale’ with discounts of up to £100 available.

As is the often the case with Opodo promotions, this sale is made up of a number of different offers:
£45 off flights
Use promotional code: 1SALES
- Minimum booking value of £800
- Roundtrip flights only
- Must depart from a UK airport
£100 off a Flight+Hotel booking
Use promotional code: 1SALES
- Minimum booking value £1100
- Flight portion must depart from a UK airport
- Hotel stay must take place between 01/06/2018 and 30/09/2018
£60 off car hire
Use promotional code: 1SALES
- Minimum booking value £400
- Limited amount of vouchers available
How to book
You must book via Opodo.co.uk or the Opodo app (Car hire discount not available through the app) and copy and paste the offer codes into the relevant field.
The minimum amounts stated refer to the booking price excluding any payment fees, management fees, as well as other products and services sold on the site.
The T&Cs do mention that only one booking per customer is allowed, though I’m not sure how they plan on enforcing that restriction.

Verdict
As I’ve mentioned in the past, I like the fact that there are relatively few restrictions on the type of bookings you can make, provided you hit the relevant minimum spend thresholds.
The discounts aren’t life-changing, but if you’re yet to pull the trigger on your travel plans for this summer, these deals should provide a decent little sweetener.
