Bonus Clubcard points with Esso
I’ve written in the past about the best ways to earn Clubcard points when filling up with petrol, as well as this trick that allows you to double your Clubcard points on each fill-up.
The above applies at Tesco-branded filling stations, however, you may not be aware that you can also earn Clubcard points at Esso-branded petrol stations.
To encourage more people to use the Esso app, they are offering a promotional 400 bonus Clubcard points for doing so. This bonus is awarded in two chunks.
You’ll get 200 Clubcard points for your first fill of 30 litres or more…
…with a further 200 points awarded after 5 fills of 30 litres or more using the app. You don’t need to be filling up a minimum of 30 liters each time either. The FAQs on the Esso website suggest this is cumulative.

Rather strangely, there’s no mention of an end date for this offer on their website.

Marriott Rewards has been running a daily sweepstakes game called 29 Ways to Stay over the last four weeks.
29 Ways to Stay is part of Marriott’s MegaBonus winter promotion (explained here) and a nod to the ‘newly joined’ SPG and Marriott programs which now incorporate a whopping 29 brands.
What can you win?
Each time you play the game you gain an entry into the grand prize draw. The grand prize consists of 29 2-night stays – one at each of the 29 Marriott brands.
