IHG Rewards Club
Promotion name: Reward Nights Faster
What’s the offer? For the last few years, IHG Rewards Club has been running personalised promotions known as Accelerate. I wrote a detailed piece explaining Accelerate here. We now have Accelerate by a different name it seems.
IHG is still offering a set of personalised challenges that will allow them to net further points. The headline offer is ‘earn at least 40,000 bonus points’. And my challenge offers exactly that.

Verdict
If you received a better IHG offer than I did (and there are better versions out there – check by registering for the offer here) you’ll likely want to focus your stays there for the time being.
The Hilton and Hyatt promos are interesting because they’re even valid on reward stays – allowing you to earn extra points while redeeming points for a free stay. For longer stays, the Hyatt deal comes out trumps as it offers bonus points ‘per night’ rather than ‘per stay’ as well as the fact that Hyatt points are much harder to earn than Hilton Honors points.
Note that the AccorHotels promo requires you to book by the 28th February although it’s valid on stays until June 2019.
I always recommend taking a couple of minutes now to register for the various promotions. That way, you’ll never run the risk of missing out on bonus points for an unexpected hotel stay because you forget to register before staying. I almost got caught out on this with Hilton last week but luckily remembered the night before check out!
